Our PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program) is an intensive outpatient treatment program that allows an individual the freedom to live at home while healing from addiction.
A comprehensive, short-term, intensive, clinical treatment program, PHP is a step below Residential Treatment, but more concentrated than the Intensive Outpatient Program with treatment 3 days per week.
The program works to break the individual’s dependence on drugs and alcohol, and address the underlying causes behind addiction, without the need for constant supervision and monitoring.
With PHP treatment, the individual continues to reside at home, but commutes to Intensive Outpatient Services (IOP) throughout the week. The individual will receive high-quality, vital care as often as needed – sometimes seven days a week.
The length of stay can vary, based on individual needs, but typically is between six to eight weeks.
PHP addiction treatment usually coincides with our intensive outpatient treatment service, or IOP, and also may include counseling services. This program is not a substitute for inpatient care.
Medicare helps cover some of the cost of partial hospitalization services. We also accept an extensive list of insurance providers as well as private pay.
